This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up until 48 hours in advance which allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client. This can be done quickly and conveniently on our booking app no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

 

We understand that sometimes things crop up, which is why we have made the cancellation process quick and easy. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, as we may then not have the appropriate time available to complete the service. Please note, any services started late will be shortened out of respect to the next client.

 

The cancellation fee is only requested if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is necessary. The fee is not charged for successful appointments, therefore you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
